Stilson Family Reunion-Camping @ Miller's Flat

Brielle is saying CHEESE!!! She looks so cute in her overal bibs! They are the best for camping.
Jeremy did a good job as cook with his mama. We ate very well while camping. Yummy!!
Brielle loves to go on 4-wheeler rides with Daddy!

Saying Cheese again with Grandma Stilson!

Sunburnt face.

Daddy and Brielle-they both look ready for naps! Jeremy had a hard time keeping contacts clean with riding the 4-wheelers on the dusty roads.

Cousin Destiny and Brielle. Born one year apart. They were good friends when they didn't fight over the same toys.

Tired girl!! Fell asleep the second we left camp. She did so well camping! I was so nervous that we would not get any sleep with everyone staying around the campfire late and 4-wheelers going all day. We had a large group with lots of kids, but somehow she was tired enough to take every nap and sleep if not all, most of the night. We will have to do it again soon!

Sprinkler Fun!

Brielle's first time in the sprinklers. It was not exactly a warm day. We were having lots of cloudy rainy days at the end of June. Jeremy turned on the sprinklers one evening and Brielle thought it would be a great idea to run through them...clothes and all. But once she was in the middle of them she decided she was stuck and didn't like being cold anymore. She slowly came out of them. But what a brave little girl on a cold day!

Early Summer Vacation

Here is our Water Baby Brielle! She loves swimming and she even loved having her sunglasses on. She looked so cute in them too. We spent a week at our St. George condos and it was just about the perfect trip ever! We did a lot of swimming even on the overcast days.

Brielle and Jeremy keeping cool in the pool!
Brielle and mommy getting warmed up in the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and wasn't as warm as usual, but it made it perfect for Brielle!

We went to Zion's National Park and went on a hike to the narrows. This is the end of the trail, but it continues through the river almost 10 miles! Big squeeze for daddy!!

Ed & Sharron joined us on our trip too. We all had such a good time, we will have to do it again!

How cute is this pic of Brielle!!!? All greased up with sunscreen, her already tan skin and
fohawk made her look like a little Roxy chic! she was always excited to head to the pool!

Spring has Sprung!...and here comes Summer!

I love this time of year! Perfect temperatures and the birds are chirping and everything is green and blossoming! Brielle wants to be outside all the time, so I started taking her out just after breakfast. Even when we are still in our jammies. We go for walks and lay on the grass and watch the "ducks," birds actually, but all birds are "ducks" to Brielle. She even quacks at them. It is so cute!! It is so fun and rewarding to be at home with her and enjoy all the new things she is discovering. I love being a mom!!!
Here she is making a funny face. She is so happy to be outside! Look at all those teeth!! She has 8 now and more on the way. She started to walk this past week. Getting to be a little daring. She still crawls for the most part-since she can get there faster that way. But she is very excited to walk from place to place.
Jeremy and I are just getting over spring colds, yucky!! And no, we have not been kissing any pigs. It has been so hard not being able to give Brielle kisses and cuddling with her. Even though I am still with her all day long, I miss being close to her. But I am very happy she has been cold-free!
Summer is just around the corner and our schedules are getting full already. Not that I am not excited for vacations, camping and other trips & activities, I just don't want to be so busy that Summer is gone before I have really been able to relax and enjoy it. I am going to really try to focus on taking it easy!! and taking lots of pictures!!

5K-Wish I was talking money!!

Jeremy, Weston & I along with Justin and Kim Turcsanski ran the Salt Lake City 5K yesterday morning. It was my first 5k and it turned out pretty good. We all did really well actually. It started at Washington Square (where the Justice of the Peace building is) at 7:30am. We ran South a block or so and then went West for another block and then came North up State Street. You know driving in a car you hardly notice the road is up hill, but running it you sure do. We turned West again at the top of 3rd South and headed towards the Union Pacific building. Thankfully that was down hill and we all knew that Gateway was just behind it, which is where our finish line was. There were a lot of people cheering as we came around the corner onto the main road thru the middle of Gateway. After you finished we got bananas and yogurt and milk and other goodies. It was Weston's and my first time running a 5K and we both agreed it wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be. We may just try it again sometime.
