My in-laws hadn't been to the zoo in a while so I pulled Brielle out of school on a Friday and headed up there. It was an active day for the animals! The trainers were getting the elephants to trumpet whenever they saw an antelope head-kind of strange, but pretty cool to see!
This ape was taking a nap under his sack and sheets when we saw a mouse crawl into bed with him. He rolled over so quickly and started patting his sheet. We never saw the mouse again and are just going to assume he is not alive anymore. Guess that's what you get when you climb in bed with an ape.
